Fabric: Cotton shirting from Stone Mountain and Daughter
Sewn up: Spring 2021
This is my most worn me-made for summertime - it gives me Hawaiian shirt feelings, and has some birds hidden in the print! Cotton is pretty much the only fabric I ever want to wear and this one is so breezy - the lightest-weight cotton. Make and photos are both from two years ago and I still wear this all the time! Including today, and as I greeted my little nephew from his nap he started naming all the things he saw - “purple leaf,” “tiny flower,” “big leaf,” “tweet tweet”. The same things that drew me to the fabric captivated him too!
